How it works

Three steps to a repaired device

  1. Send enquiry

    Fill in the form or call us. We confirm your appointment within one working day.

  2. Collection or drop-off

    We collect your device for a flat fee of CHF 80.– and bring it back (Aarau, Lenzburg and the surrounding area) – or you bring it to us in Buchs AG.

  3. Repair & return

    Diagnosis, a quote, then repair at a fixed price. You then get your device back, tested.

Diagnosis & fault analysis

A thorough check of hardware and software, including a quote. Credited if you go ahead with the repair.

Desktop: dust removal, new thermal paste, fan check and temperature test.

Internal cleaning, new thermal paste, fan check and temperature test.

Windows installation

A fresh installation including drivers, updates and basic setup, without transferring your data.

Data recovery

Recovery of deleted or logically damaged data. For mechanically failed drives we prepare a separate quote.

Upgrade installation

Installation of RAM or an SSD. We charge more for a GPU or CPU swap, including a function and stress test, excluding parts.

Malware removal, system cleanup and a security check.

Replacement, cabling and test, excluding parts.

All prices in CHF including VAT, plus any spare parts. Spare parts are ordered only after you approve them. Prices in CHF including VAT. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. An obvious price error does not oblige us to deliver at the price shown.
